Employee Requirements
But even though the company already employs the applicant doesnt mean the applicant will have no obligation to prove anything. The employee should at least fulfill one of the following criteria to be granted with the said visa:
* a degree related to the job position;
* one year of experience if thers a degree but not related to the position or;
* three years of experience if the applicant doesnt have any degree.
Aside from the required experience and/or education from the applicant, the applicants relationship with the company that sponsors this form of visa should be no less than six months.
Duration and Position
When this visa is issued, the visa holder could stay in the country to as much as five years depending on the company need. The company should specify before hand the number of years the employee will stay in the country for approval.
Like all tier 2 visa, the position offered by the company is not just a simple job. The skills required for the position should be at least NVQ level three or a lot more. This ensures the skill level of those coming to the country to be at the level beneficial to the country as well.
